OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COFFEE:
What started out as a limited edition coffee, changed into a permanent edition. Our customers loves this one. It makes an amazing manual brew, but we also love it in a clean espresso. This is our only coffee that uses the Honey Processing Method. With all honey processing methods, some sweet pulp (honey) is allowed to adhere to the beans while drying. In the White Honey variation, an extremely thin layer of pulp is allowed to dry on the beans, less than with yellow honey. It has an unique floral and violet fragrance which definetly makes it stand out.
